Care
of Glassware
All glassware is painted with non-toxic, heat fired paints, is dishwasher
safe and resistant to normal detergents. The colours will not fade or
rub off.
Custom
Orders
Personalize your order with a name, date or image. Contact Karsan Art
by e-mail with a description of what you have in mind. Please include
a telephone number where you can be reached to discuss details and pricing.
Hand painted glass requires a minimum of two weeks before delivery. Black
& White photos require up to two months and mosaic art is determined based
on the size of the piece.

All prices are in Canadian dollars. Please contact Karsan
Art for payment options.
Shipping
Costs
Orders are shipped via Purolator ground and are determined by location.
Shipping costs will be quoted at the time of purchase. All items are bubbled
wrapped for a safe delivery.
Return
Policy
If an item is broken in delivery, please contact Karsan Art immediately
for a replacement. All deliveries are insured.
If you are unhappy with your purchase, contact Karsan Art within 7 days
of receipt and you will be provided a refund or exchange for an item of
equal value.
Custom orders are non-refundable.
